These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between Footwork International, Inc (DBA: Footwork Autosport and Weds Wheels North America) a California Corporation, ("Seller") and buyer identified in the Invoice, Purchase Order, or other similar document to provide the products described in such order(s), are subject to the terms, covenants and conditions contained herein. Hereon forward, the seller will be identified as Footwork International, Inc, Footwork Autosport, Weds Wheels North America, Us, or We; the buyer will be identified as the buyer or you. 

By ordering any Product from the seller, whether by clicking through over the Internet, telephone, electronic mail, online forum, facsimile or otherwise, the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Footwork Autosport. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Footwork Autosport Copyright 2018, Footwork Autosport ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Footwork Autosport or purchasing Footwork Autosport products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, to place an order with Footwork Autosport or to purchase Footwork Autosport products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Footwork Autosport. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Footwork Autosport disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Footwork Autosport does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Footwork Autosport does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability
Footwork Autosport shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Footwork Autosport has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Footwork Autosport product(s) is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Footwork Autosport reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. Footwork Autosport reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have already submitted your PayPal payment or credit card charged. If you already paid for your order or credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Footwork Autosport shall issue a refund via PayPal or credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price depending on your method of payment.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Footwork Autosport without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Footwork Autosport may deliver notices to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by any other reliable method to the address you have provided to Footwork Autosport.

California Proposition 65 Warning
As required by California law, all of our products contain proposition 65 warnings on the product descriptions themselves, and on the product packaging directly. All products listed on this site may contain one or more substances or chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer or other reproductive harm. 

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Footwork Autosport products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Footwork Autosport products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Footwork Autosport’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be constructed as a waiver of any provision or right; neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Footwork Autosport may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Footwork International, Inc., Footwork Autosport and Weds Wheels North America or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Participation Disclaimer
Footwork Autosport does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Footwork Autosport is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Footwork Autosport reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Footwork Autosport in its sole discretion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Footwork International, Inc., Footwork Autosport and Weds Wheels North America, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Footwork Autosport may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Footwork Autosport, Footwork Autosport has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Footwork Autosport. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Footwork Autosport seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback not only for our own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Footwork Autosport web store orders only accept payment via PayPal. If you wish to pay by credit card, you can either use PayPal Credit Card option or simply call us and place your order by phone.  For your security, we can only ship to your billing address if you call us and place an order with your credit card; If an order(s) is by PayPal, we can only ship to a verified address.  If you must have us ship to a secondary address, please first register the secondary ship to address with your credit card company as well as registering it with your PayPal account.

Email communication

By ordering from Footwork Autosport or by subscribing to our mailing list, either through our website or at events, you are agreeing to receive marketing and promotional emails from Footwork Autosport. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe feature at the end of the email.

To provide faster delivery and turnaround time; Footwork Autosport ships products out from our Torrance, California warehouse in the United States using various carriers; ship times usually average between 1-3 business days for processing before shipping (for items that are in stock), depending on the product(s), package and size. If you have any specific shipping instructions, YOU MUST email us prior of making the purchase.  In the event you already made the purchase through this site and decide to change the shipping method, YOU MUST contact us immediately to make any changes to the shipping method.  Footwork Autosport is not responsible for any problems that may occur if you fail to provide us with the change of shipping method. For your security, once the order is processed and shipped out, we CANNOT make any alteration to the ship to address, as redirecting of any “Shipped” orders are forbidden.

Insurance & Damage
All products are insured for its value and packed well for precaution; however, accidents may happen. In the event a product(s) arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.

All damaged item(s) must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Footwork Autosport within 48 hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be able to be a candidate for the insurance claim. Your order # will be the main reference number (Make sure you keep your order #).

After we acknowledge your claim through email or telephone call, please provide us the following information:

*               Take detailed pictures of the damaged product(s) and all of its content and email to us (Please include your order #)
*               Keep the product(s) and its original packaging as it arrived.
*               Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s).
*               DO NOT send the product(s) back to us; once we received the information listed above we will file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Once a damage claim is filed, we will respond to you with further instructions.

Shipping Rates
The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout are U.S. domestic shipping rates only. Our default shipping methods are USPS Priority shipping, UPS ground and FedEx ground, depending on item dimensions and weight. USPS Priority reaches most major U.S. cities within 2-3 days at a fair and competitive rate. Commercial truck freight may be used in the case of very large items (ex, aero componentry).  

International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you. Furthermore, final shipping costs may be adjusted depending on current international shipping rate (we will contact you before the order is processed if this is the case).

Return of an item(s)
All sales are final. We do not allow returns, exchanges or refunds. Please carefully examine the product(s), description and part number, making sure the item(s) is exactly what you need before placing an order. We highly encourage you to email or call us with any pre-sale questions, so we can take the time to answer any questions you may have before you make a purchase. In the event that we have mistakenly shipped the incorrect item(s) to you (Not the correct item(s) from your confirmed purchase receipt) or if an item(s) is proved to be a manufacturing defect product(s) upon receiving (Not after you have already installed the product to your vehicle) we need you to contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the package. We require that you provide us with photos indicating the item(s) you think you wrongly received or you might think as defective.  Once we examine the photos and have decided the item(s) is either wrongly shipped or is a defective item(s) that requires further examination, we will provide you with an RMA# and shipping labels to send the product(s) back.

For wrongly shipped item(s) - Once we have received the wrongly shipped item(s), we will examine the item(s) for package condition and making sure product(s) has not been installed, damaged or is missing parts.  If the package(s) or item(s) is opened, damaged or if there are missing parts, we reserve the rights to charge you up to 50% of the purchase price. Please DO NOT open the package(s) or try to install the product(s) so the package(s) remains in its new condition.

For manufacture defective item(s) – Once we have received the claimed defective product(s), we will examine the product(s) claimed defective area.  Once we conclude our examination, if the item(s) is defective, we will ship a replacement item(s) back to you.  If the item(s) defect is falsely claimed, we will ship the original item(s) back to you, but you are responsible for the shipping fee. If we discover that the product(s) has been installed or used, we reserve the rights to refuse the claim.

We will NOT accept returns without a RMA #. 

Manufacturer's Product Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Footwork Autosport DOES NOT offer any type of product warranty, nor are we responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Any manufacturer warranty claim/s are subject for initial inspection and evaluation before any further proceeding.

Some imported items may have a limited manufacturer warranty. In this case, please inquire to determine if your overseas item may be covered under a limited manufacturer warranty. As with US manufacturers, we will only serve as a mean of communication; however, we will not be responsible for any warranty terms given by the overseas manufacturer. We examine each overseas item(s) carefully before it ships out to make sure that there are no defects to the product(s). For warranty claims on overseas parts, we must handle it as a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation of an order
Once an order is placed, there is no cancellation.  In the case that an order has not shipped or been processed; the complete/ partial order can be canceled for a full refund (shipping & tax included).  Please be courteous and notify us ASAP.
Special order item(s) are absolutely non-cancellable and non-refundable for any reasons.
(Special order items come all the way from another country and is made-to-order, so be absolutely sure that the product is exactly what you need before placing an order).

DO NOT place a web order unless you’re absolutely sure of your purchase.

Special Orders
All special orders CAN NOT be canceled or refunded for any reason. Once the order has been processed or shipped inbound there is no return from the manufacturer. We will notify you when an order is a special order prior to processing your order.

Shipping & Delivery
All of our packages can be shipped with a signature requirement, for an additional fee. For web orders, you will be prompted to add signature required or to go without it prior to adding item(s) to your cart.  In the case that you or anyone at your ship to location cannot sign and accept the package, the shipping carrier will leave you a delivery attempt notification. Most carriers will make another attempt for delivery the following day, however, some carrier may not redeliver the package (if so, the delivery attempt notification will indicate this).  Some delivery attempt notifications will allow you to choose if you would like a re-delivery or picking up at the carrier pick-up location. In this situation, you are required to respond to the carrier’s request/instruction.  In the case that the item is returned to Footwork Autosport due to negligence or unavailability, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, we will hold the returned item for 15 days and we will contact you for further shipping instructions. If we don’t receive any response from you within the 15 days, on the 16th day we will consider the order to be forfeited. We will refund your order minus a 25% restocking fee, however shipping and tax will not be refunded. Under any circumstances, Footwork Autosport will not be responsible for shipping costs. Footwork Autosport does not refund any shipping charges, inbound or outbound.
